It was alleged to be here every week ago, and I hold receiving texts and cellphone calls that it’s getting delayed. I actually have never skilled worse customer service in my life. I hold getting bounced round from person to person and nobody can tell me what’s going on or once I will obtain my order. I paid money with cc for two reclining chairs. When they arrived they had been bigger than I thought and didn’t match into my room.
Plenty of other furnishings stores around. I purchased and paid for a settee and love seat combo on August 7,2015. It’s September 29, 2015 and I still have not received the furnishings. I’ve called a quantity of instances however they really do not care. Dining set delivered today and was so cheaply made the legs of every chair did not all touch the floor. Even although we paid some large cash for the set, once it was delivered we might see how low cost it was.
FYI the furniture can be bought at Big Lots stores…so sad of a company. I agree with all comments as to the atrocious customer service. After standing in front of the bed room set I wished and telling the salesperson “This is what I want”, Richard of the Glen Burnie, MD retailer ordered the wrong mattress. I actually have never ordered furniture before and was unfamiliar with the terminology.
In order to affect the repairs, the technician needed to completely disassemble my recliners and strip them right down to the wooden. No buyer desires to walk in and see their model new couch stripped down to the wooden. They have been refurbished inside three months. After the repairs were made, I observed that there were large gaps between the reclining mech and the couch. The Recliners weren’t put again collectively correctly. Also the backs have been assembled to far back and they do not align with the the rest of the pieces.
