The game has been in development since 2013, but I think the last major update was the final boss battle, which was released last November. Although it was a bit rushed, the final boss was well done, and the developers are committed to making the game something they’d be proud to show to their gaming peers. Your choice of hero affects how the story progresses, but you can’t change your character at any point in the game. The game also has a lot of characters that you can choose from, but they have no effect on the story line.
In the beginning of the game, you will be playing as the Hero. The Hero chooses who he wants to be. They will help you in a few ways, but they will also sometimes choose the Villain. The Villain will help you out by killing or stealing certain pieces of your gear. However, the Villain will also steal your cash, which can be used to buy a few other items.
