My husband and I are trying to get our first home together. We are still in the process of buying our first house, so we are in the process of getting ourselves ready for the big day. We’ve been talking about our home for a decade and now we are ready to move in. We have a lot of home ideas and are working on a few.
One of the first things people will ask you when you are ready to move in is “what do you see in the market?”. Thats a good question because there are a lot of different options out there, not just in the real estate market. We’ve been working on our home for four years and we’ve had many house hunting ideas come up which we’ve discussed with our realtor.
We have a lot of different styles of houses. We have a big brick row. We have a round stone row. We have a nice brick ranch. We have a round stone ranch. We have a simple brick ranch. We have a little bit of all of them, so we have a nice mix of styles.
Weve tried to create a little bit of a little bit of a new house for us to go with the style of the previous year. It might be because weve been working on that style of house for a long time now and weve found that it has some potential, but that has been so hard to get our hands on.
The reason we decided to go with plainridge park casino is because its proximity to our home. We’re about 2 miles away from where we are renting, plainridge park casino. If we were to purchase a home in the area, we would then have to get through some zoning to get permits. The zoning is a bit of a hurdle.
But once we got the permits and got access to the area, we were in for a treat. The home we purchased was built in the 1870s, just in time for the Civil War to be over. It was a large, two-story home with brick walls, gabled roof, and a very ornate entrance.
We would have liked to have gone in for a closer look at the home, but the front yard was too small for a large tour. The house is now owned by the city of Plainville, which is just a short drive away on I-64.
Plainville is a beautiful town with loads of historic sites. The park we visited was actually a small park with a small pond that we were not allowed to look at, so our kids were able to take a walk around and swim in the pond. It was also a great way to get a taste of what the city of Plainville was like before the park was built.
There’s still much to explore, as well, if we’re lucky. There are lots of cool buildings and lots of little hidden sites that are available for a free tour. Plus, there’s a free shuttle that runs from the park to our hotel (there’s also a free shuttle to the park from downtown).
Plainridge park is a fun place to visit, but it seems to lack some of the charm and style that you’d expect from a modern resort. Still, I can’t wait to go back and explore more.
