One of the most memorable events in my life was the time I was in college. I was a freshman in college and went to a basketball game one night. The guys were in their rickshorts, and they said, “It seems like you’re taking the game away from me.” I said, “No, it’s not. I’m taking it. There’s a game in town and I want to help you out.
This was the moment when I decided that if I wanted to be a part of the world of the internet, I had to move to Maryland or something. I had to figure out where I could go to college that wasn’t in the same time zone as Boston or New York. And by “live” I mean live in a dorm instead of a dorm room.

This particular game, Maryland Live Casino Buffet, is available for the first time in the US on Steam. But as the name implies, you play as a casino buffet and have to figure out the best way to get people to drink and then get them to stay in line. You also have to watch them as they drink and wait for the “wait for the pay” button to be pressed.
This is the first game I’ve tried, so I think I must be on the right track here. The best part about Maryland Live Buffet is that it doesn’t feel like the typical game you’d expect. The best part of this game is the way it plays out: you’re in control of a buffet table. The players are supposed to pay for drinks, but the game doesn’t give you control of the whole thing.
The game is played in a single round. You have a drink from one of the six different drink carts. You choose a drink (drink 3 drinks). You then pick a player (pick 1 from the 3 remaining players). You then pay a fixed amount for a drink, and the player then takes a drink. The player then picks another drink. The players then all drink from the same drink cart. And finally the wait is over.
