I guess it is true that all of us have a little bit of self-awareness when we are in a hotel room. And it is a luxury to have a little bit of this self-awareness, even if you are in a big city in the middle of a bustling city.
This is the first time I have ever been in a hotel that has a bar or pool, so I can only speak from my personal experience, and my experience is always good. And just like the other guests, I have my own little rituals that I do in my hotel room. You will find that hotel rooms are definitely not as relaxing and enjoyable as a normal room.
We are not saying your hotel room needs to be like a normal room. But it is just as relaxing to have some self-awareness and control over your environment as it is for others. I have never been in a hotel that didn’t have some sort of space for your body to use.
My usual way of getting rid of clutter, especially when I am not feeling well, is to take a shower. I am not so keen on the thought of having to wash my face and face soap anymore and it is probably also better to take a walk in the street instead of sitting in my room. For me it is much more efficient to clean my room after using the bathroom than it is to clean my room while standing in the shower.
This is basically what I am saying. Cleanliness and the ability to use space on a daily basis are two important factors in being able to enjoy a healthy, successful, long life. You can even get away with not using the bathroom. Most people are not in a position to use a bathroom on a daily basis, since they are in a position to use the bathroom only on weekends.
