One of the essays I wrote, referred to as “A Law Class Without A Judge,” was one of the controversial essays I gave. It was so controversial that I ended up having to write a second essay about it. He represented one of the parties to the first enforcement motion taken in Hong Kong’s Competition Tribunal.
